About Me

I am a NM Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in education and mental health. I am also a veteran's spouse and I understand first-hand the unique needs of our veterans and the importance of providing quality care. I am very passionate in making sure all those who seek help are able to receive the help they need no matter their social status, background or lifestyle. I am committed to helping people and assisting in improving the overall quality of their lives. My main focus and priority in treating clients is by assisting them in identifying appropriate life goals; developing effective coping skills, improving relationships, managing stress, and embracing life without stigma or shame.

Healthy Haven Counseling & Consulting Services specializes in stigma free mental and behavioral health services. Treatment focus is on you not your diagnosis. We offer flexible and accessible counseling and coaching services, including evening and weekend appointments, video conferencing and telephonic sessions. Individual, couples, and family counseling available. All ages welcome. Treatment specialties include but not limited to Behavioral issues; Depression/Anxiety; and Trauma and PTSD. All services are By Appointment Only. Unlike traditional delivery models which require you to be labeled with a diagnosis before treatment can begin, treatment can begin right away by expanding the assessment process and utilizing it instead to identify YOUR unique needs to help start improving YOUR overall quality of life.
